The Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW) and the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania (REIT) have joined the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) in becoming shareholders of realestateview.com.au.

CEO of REIV and managing director of realestateview.com.au Enzo Raimondo said he was delighted that REINSW and REIT had become shareholders, as it would enhance the portal’s national offering.

“Realestateview.com.au has seen significant growth in the last two years, with monthly traffic now reaching 1.2 million visitors, and we know that the support from the Institutes will assist realestateview.com.au’s market penetration and growth,” he said.

“With the increasing focus on marketing property online, the Institute is supportive of providing a viable alternative for agents,” said REINSW CEO Tim McKibbin. “As realestateview.com.au continues to grow in relevance to consumers, that point will be clearly made.”

REIT CEO Mark Berry said REIT was proud to be associated with realestateview.com.au.

“As a shareholder, we can promote with confidence that realestateview.com.au is owned by the members, to support our members in what is becoming a very competitive advertising environment,” he said.
