A real estate agent and her partner have been caught red-handed, sabotaging their neighbour's sale.
According to reports from the United States, the female agent, who is well known for selling high-end properties, had been working with her husband - reportedly also a sales agent - to disrupt the sale by knocking over the neighbour's ‘For Sale’ signs, scattering dead vermin on the driveway and cutting branches.
The agent, Andrea Straub, has since been fired from her job selling multimillion-dollar homes through Prudential Fox & Roach, after the alleged dispute with her neighbour in Pennsylvania's Lower Merion.
According to a number of US publications, a complaint was made to police about the couple on 20 June after their neighbour, Mary Martell, claimed someone had been knocking over her 'For Sale' sign and stealing leaflets left out to promote the Haverford property.
When security cameras were put on Ms Martell's property, footage allegedly showed the Straubs knocking over the signs, scattering dead vermin on the drive and cutting branches.
To make matters worse, it appears the alleged vandalism took place when the neighbour was in hospital.
Mr and Mrs Straub deny any wrong doing and according to their attorney, will fight the charges in court.
The real estate couple was also selling their home at the time of the alleged vandalism.
