CEO of hockingstuart Nigel O’Neil told Real Estate Business receiving the inaugural Under Cover Angel award came as a shock.

“We were incredibly humbled by founder Ken Morgan’s emotional gesture and we are incredibly proud of our long-term affiliation with Kids Under Cover," he said.

“We have supported Kids Under Cover for five years and witnessed the incredible work they do in providing vital accommodation and educational support to children in need."

During the charity event, hockingstuart’s auctioneers helped raise over $100,000 through a live auction and a live pledge.

“This was on top of almost $50,000 raised at the Kids Under Cover Cubby House Challenge held earlier in the year," he said.

Since 2008, the network has been an inaugural corporate partner of Kids Under Cover and has contributed over $700,000 in donations.

A portion of every hockingstuart sale is donated to Kids Under Cover and recently, a number of staff have signed up to take part in the charity’s mentoring program.
