A Perth-based network has made a bold expansion into regional WA.

Award-winning Realmark has recently launched an office in Broome - the first outside the metropolitan area - signalling the start of a wider expansion into key regional locations.

Realmark managing director John Percudani said country markets possessed unique opportunities for an agency like Realmark.

“It’s been a collective goal to grow Realmark into an iconic WA brand and to do that we needed to branch out of Perth and grow throughout country WA,” Mr Percudani said.

“We want to offer clients in the regions the same access to our award-winning agents and sales strategies that have allowed us to grow so quickly throughout Perth.

“Now more than ever, people lead dynamic lives. They’re choosing to live not just in Perth but right around the state. We want to be there to reflect the aspirations of our clients beyond the capital city.”

As the company looks to the future, new offices are planned for other key regional centres.

“For a long time I’ve made it clear that I see the future of Realmark encompassing both metropolitan and regional markets,” Mr Percudani said.

“We’ve broken new ground with the opening of Realmark Broome, and the logical next step is to identify other centres that we can impact positively.

“It’s a new direction and one that I’m really excited about taking.”
