An award-winning boutique group has continued its expansion in Victoria, opening a new office in the Macedon Ranges.

Director of Jellis Craig Macedon Ranges, Tom May, who grew up in the area, said he was looking forward to delivering impressive results in the region.

“Today, vendors require a more sophisticated approach to selling their home and buyers demand a buying experience similar to that of Melbourne,” he said.

“With our region becoming increasingly gentrified, 77 per cent of buyers moving to the area are from Melbourne. That is why I see Jellis Craig as a perfect fit, for which we will all benefit.”

Mr May and his business partner, Paul Keane, share 35 years of experience in the real estate industry.

“We are very fortunate to have Paul's insight and knowledge as a highly respected and successful estate agent,” Mr May said.

“This will be invaluable in helping vendors achieve a great result and also in empathising with buyers moving to Macedon Ranges.”

Mr Keane holds the record for the most homes sold within the Jellis Craig Group and had a successful career with the company, including 10 years as director at the Glen Iris office.

Jellis Craig recently won the award for Best Web Presence at the recent Australian Real Estate Awards.
