Harcourts has opened its first dedicated luxury property selection office in Surrey Hills in Melbourne.
Harcourts Select will service locals looking to buy, sell and rent residential and luxury properties in Surrey Hills, Balwyn, Kew, Mont Albert, Camberwell and the surrounding areas.
Principal Mark Roberts said he was looking forward to offering exceptional service and market knowledge within the area.
“I was excited to discover the Luxury Property Selection brand as part of the international Harcourts network,” he said.
“As the first dedicated Luxury Property Selection office in Victoria, we hope to set a new benchmark in real estate service within the Surrey Hills area.”
Mr Roberts said one of his primary goals for the business was to have a high calibre team who quickly generated listings; something which he believes has already been achieved.
“Our team has been carefully gathered for their individual strengths in specific areas, such as commercial real estate and off-the-plan sales. Collectively, we have over 130 years’ experience in the real estate industry!” said Mr Roberts.
In terms of the future direction of his office, Mr Roberts was confident his business will continue to grow.
“As the only real estate agency in the local area with international reach, I anticipate that we will quickly establish a good percentage of the local market,” he said.
