Topics will include insights on how to list and sell in the current market, how to beat a competitor and how to pursue a simple, scalable growth plan so 2014 can be the best year for an agent and in their business.

“This session ... will feature three one-hour presentations, plus an inspiring Q&A panel where you get to ask questions of real industry leaders in today’s changing market,” Mr Phegan said.

“List Sell Negotiate 2013 is an opportunity to be inspired by stories of adversity and challenges, and how some of the biggest names in the business have broken through these challenges to be extremely successful year in and year out."

Adventurer and sailor Matt McFadyen will also be speaking at the event.

In 2003, at the age of 22, Matt McFadyen sailed aboard a 13-metre yacht to Antarctica in a 54-day voyage. After 18 months, he became the youngest Australian to reach the North Pole, returning as an expedition co-leader on another two occasions.

“Matt will speak about the perseverance needed to lead a team through challenge, change and out of ambiguity no matter what industry you work in or what your goals are,” Mr Phegan said.

List Sell Negotiate 2013 will be held at the Crowne Plaza, Coogee Beach, Sydney, on Tuesday November 12 from 8.30am-12.30pm.
