This has coincided with the dual addition of new sales associates Leanne Neufield and Carol Dovey to Realmark Applecross.

Realmark Gwelup has also welcomed two new members – property manager Johan Prior and sales associate Bruno Fazio.

Kiarna Blythman joined Realmark’s strata office from Guardian Property, and former Acton corporate member Jonathan Alsford joined the residential sales team at Realmark Whitfords.

In a further sign of the group’s growth, Realmark Western Suburbs recently opened its doors in Nedlands, under the leadership of Emma and Adam Gilbert.

Realmark managing director John Percudani said the diverse range of new appointments reflected the group’s reputation as an industry leader.

“Realmark is widely known for doing things differently to others and employing innovative strategies that extract the best possible results for our clients,” Mr Percudani said.

“Not to mention, our strong emphasis on training and equipping our staff with the practices they need to be the best advantage our clients. These factors combined are the key to why so many real estate specialists are joining our team.”
