Realmark earlier this month opened Realmark Western Suburbs near the University of Western Australia in Nedlands.

The office is headed by husband and wife team Adam and Emma Gilbert.

Mr Gilbert, who has more than eight years’ experience in property sales and management in the western suburbs, said his agency’s knowledge of the local area would be integral to delivering outstanding results for clients.

“There is a very diverse range of people living in the western suburbs and the property market reflects that diversity,” Mr Gilbert said.

“We see entry level buyers, tenants, large families, professional couples and people looking for high-end property. Such diversity comes with its own unique challenges and means that to deliver the best possible results to each client, you need to specialise in a varied range of sales and management approaches.

“Emma and I pride ourselves on being transparent in our approach and we really understand the people who live in the Western Suburbs and the lives they lead.

“We offer genuine assistance, guidance and direction, as well as a fresh and dynamic approach, which helps set us apart from our competitors.”

Realmark Western Suburbs will employ the franchise’s innovative sales strategies such as For Sale Xpress and Set Date Sale.
