A new tool has been made available to real estate agents to help them provide accurate measurements about room dimensions and sizes to customers at inspections.

The Imex Bullseye 30 Laser measure pen takes the guesswork out of answering queries from homebuyers wanting room measurements.

Marketing manager at Imex Stephen Sandeman said, “Clients who may want to look at renovating bathrooms or kitchens, changing floor coverings or window furnishings can quickly get an idea of sizes whilst going through the purchasing process.

“With a simple press of a button the measurement to a wall or other point comes up immediately, and anyone can use the Bullseye measure pen.”

The Bullseye 30 is the size of a large marketing pen and fits easily into a pocket but has a screen large enough to read measurements.

One of the measuring capabilities is a square metre function, so that the area of a block or the square metres of the house can be easily determined.

This allows agents to give clients accurate details of this when plans are unavailable.

“This would make an excellent Christmas gift for dealer principals for their salesman; inexpensive but a valuable tool to increase their professionalism in the industry,” Mr Sandemand said.
