A large number of first-time winners were announced at a major network’s NSW and ACT awards night this weekend.

Hundreds of agents, principals and property managers from Raine&Horne gathered at the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney on Saturday to celebrate the best the network has to offer.

A large number of the awards went to first timers, including the hotly-contested Top Salesperson (Dollar Value) category, which went to Garth Hunter, co-principal of Raine&Horne Terrigal-Avoca Beach.

Raine&Horne Terrigal-Avoca Beach also scored a first ever win in the Top Coastal Office category, finishing ahead of South Coast rivals Batemans Bay and Mollymook/Milton.

Andrew Sorensen, principal of Raine&Horne Charmhaven, also featured prominently, grabbing first in the Top Salesperson (Number of Sales) category, just ahead of Ric Serrao from Raine&Horne Double Bay.

Mr Sorensen also pipped Mr Serrao as the network’s number one auction listing agent in NSW.

Angus Raine, executive chairman and CEO, said while it was great to see the top offices continue to perform well, new winners were always a positive sign for a growing group.

“Our big city offices such as Raine&Horne Double Bay always figure prominently, which is testament to their professionalism, consistency and the strong market they operate in,” said Mr Raine.

“It’s personally pleasing to see new winners on the podium this year and it demonstrates the Raine&Horne brand is firing on all cylinders outside the metropolitan area and that those who commit to our award-winning products and services are reaping the rewards.

“The team at Raine&Horne Terrigal-Avoca Beach have been working hard to achieve these milestones for a number of years now, and it’s fantastic their strong passion for real estate and the Raine&Horne brand is paying dividends.”
