Realestatecommercial has brought in industry tech expert Darryl King to head up the next phase of growth for the commercial listing website.
Having previously worked as CEO of internet products at RP Data, with experience in high-volume internet development, marketing and mobile solutions, Mr King said he was excited to bring his unique skill set to the table for realestatecommercial.
“We have been working behind the scenes to make changes to realestatecommercial.com.au and bring new ideas for the commercial real estate portal in Australia forward," he said.
“Anyone that has been involved in such a venture knows that at some point reinvestment in technology and strategy takes committed partners, resources and time."
Some of the changes and innovations Mr King is bringing to the portal can be expected to be seen later this year.
“My immediate role is to help guide the next phase of this business to rebuild the portal and see it fulfil its potential, adding value to agents, brokers and vendors in the commercial real estate market in Australia," he said.
“I am very excited to be part of a very unique and exciting strategy that we will roll out in several phases over the coming months.”
