The third annual Real Estate Business Top 100 Agents ranking is on again, with nominations and submissions opening yesterday.
The industry's most anticipated ranking is set to be released in June, with agents who make the list rightfully able to claim to be one of Australia’s best real estate agents.
Ian Perkins, managing director of LawLab, this year’s sponsor, said the annual list is an excellent way to measure your own success.
“For successful agents out there in the industry, the Top 100 ranking gives them a yardstick to measure themselves and aspire to," he said.
“It’s a one of a kind, comprehensive method to find out who the hardest workers, highest earners, and best overall agents are in the industry – and we’re proud to be part of it.”
The ranking is based on key business metrics, including number of properties sold and listing to sales ratio, as well as dollar value of settled residential sales in the 2013 calendar year.
“I see LawLab as a partner to successful agents, so what better way to support the industry and align with the very best than to support this great initiative,” Mr Perkins said.
To ensure a completely transparent judging process, data will be supplied by agents individually via an online survey, independently verified by the agent’s head office, then sent to Real Estate Business’ research partner, RP Data, for further verification.
