A Century 21 real estate agent has been inaugurated as a 'Centurion', a title awarded to those in the network who are in the top two per cent of salespeople worldwide.

Century 21 Advance Realty Bunbury director, Clinton Knop, is no stranger to success and recently added the prestigious award to his long list of achievements.

“The award is based on individual sales performance in both units sold and gross sales performance,” Mr Knop said.

“None of this would have happened with a customer service focus and a professional team backing me.”

Mr Knop was presented with his award at the company’s yearly conference, and he said he is confident the company will continue to move forward and improve.

“Bunbury has a strong community with a view to progress, so regardless of the ups and downs of the real estate cycle it will continue to be a great place to work and live,” he said.

“The local government is doing a great job improving the city and this will assist the progression of a strong market."

Mr Knop said he aims to continue to develop a great culture in the Century 21 office while also spending more time working on community events.
