An agreement between Homely.com.au and Elders Real Estate will see all of the franchise’s national property listings added to the new real estate website.

Elders Real Estate will bring 320 offices to Homely and more than 9,000 homes for sale annually, which was described by Homely’s CEO Jason Spencer as “sensational”.

“Elders Real Estate is synonymous with Australian real estate. Its traditional brand and longevity in the market really symbolises the industry in this country,” he said.

“Having support from such a large group will further expand our consumer offering and be a great addition to ensure we offer a well-rounded search.”

Elders IT architect Andrew Simpson said he was also pleased to be partnering with Homely and showcasing his company’s listings with them.

“It’s really exciting for us to be able to display our listings on one of the fastest growing portals nationwide, which is strongly focused on user experience,” he said.

Mr Spencer said that Homely has been inundated with listings requests from agents across the country since the website launched in December last year.

The Elders agreement has boosted the group of real estate heavyweights that Homely represents, which includes Ray White, LJ Hooker, Raine & Horne and PRDnationwide.
