Meanwhile, Savills has now completed its acquisition of Century 21 Cordeau Marshall, which was foreshadowed one month ago.

The agency will be rebranded Savills Cordeau Marshall, with founder Craig Marshall and the existing team to remain in place, according to Savills.

Savills Cordeau Marshall will now be able to offer clients a much broader package, from managing properties to selling high-end luxury.

Ged Rockliff, Savills’ head of residential projects, said the new office and the acquisition will give Savills a strong platform for further growth in the residential market.

“This platform will also provide greater depth and coverage of the Sydney market, particularly for the apartment projects to be marketed in this region, with a massive database of owner-occupiers, downsizers and an active clientele of investors,” he said.
