Hello to new proximity marketing initiative

A multi-state real estate company has launched a wi-fi marketing system for its signboards and open homes.

The system, launched by Hello Real Estate, will allow buyers to log on at every Hello open home.

Hello’s initiative will give buyers instant access to property data, floor plans, contracts and building inspection reports – as well as a direct connection to mortgage product information.

 
 

The system will also be available at signboards, allowing house hunters to access the information outside open-home hours.

Hello said the new marketing initiative will also connect buyers to its property auction platform – run in partnership with BidRhino – allowing registered buyers to start bidding immediately after inspecting a property.
