A new benchmark ranking offers young agents a chance to get a massive boost to their marketing and industry position.

The REB Young Guns ranking will highlight the top agents under the age of 30 who represent the future of the industry.

Just like the Top 100 Agents ranking, this will give those who make the list an important point of difference in their marketing material.

Hockingstuart Bentleigh director Nick Renna said he had mentioned his Top 100 status in all his marketing material since placing 20th in this year’s ranking.

“My email signature has it, it's in a lot of direct mail and our monthly newsletter,” he said.

“We've also done a little bit on social media and we've got it on our signage at the front of our office.”

Mr Renna said the ranking has also helped boost his profile and increase his credibility.

“It just secures your credentials and it’s something that you can say with a bit of pride too,” he said.

“It lets people know that they’re dealing with the best in the business, so it’s definitely helpful for boosting your profile.”
