Raine & Horne has unveiled a new name for its mortgage broking arm while also revealing plans to expand the business.
Raine & Horne Financial Services has rebranded as Our Broker, with Dawn Inanli appointed general manager.
Our Broker will continue to offer home loans, commercial loans and business loans, while it will also move into superannuation, home and contents insurance and landlord insurance.
The brokerage will also offer income protection cover, mortgage protection, business insurance products and motor vehicle insurance.
Executive chairman Angus Raine said the change in name is designed to emphasise the “inclusive, personalised service” that the brokerage provides.
“We are talking to a number of service providers for insurance, superannuation and lending, so it’s a completely fresh start for the business,” he said.
Ms Inanli said agents who work closely with brokers can offer better service to clients, which helps to deliver repeat business opportunities.
“On the flipside, a closely aligned mortgage broker with a healthy client database can be a great source of new appraisals and listings for agents,” she said.
