Agents offered more tailored marketing option

CoreLogic RP Data has created a new partners program, making its property data and analytics available for marketing campaigns across more channels.

This data can be used for multi-channel marketing campaigns that target people who own a home, have recently sold, have equity in their home or have specific features like garages.

Chris Barry, director of channel partners at CoreLogic RP Data, said agents can capitalise on this new partners program.

“Marketing via social networks is a growing trend in digital,” he said.

“Marketing on a one-on-one basis – underpinned by personalisation and relevance – at scale is evolving as the new normal for brands to reach and connect with new prospects."

He added: “Through our partnerships, real estate agents will now have the ability to advertise their brand and capabilities to a more prescriptive audience via Facebook.”
