Are you using your brand effectively?

Whether you work for a franchise or independent agency, you should know what sets 'your brand' apart from the rest.

I observe property managers and business development managers handling listing presentations who grasp nothing about their brand, apart from the branding templated kit and folder they are provided with.

Being involved in the Belle Property network, I have been incredibly fortunate. I was taught prior to my first day about the features, benefits and core beliefs of our network. Peter Hanscomb is definitely leading the way when it comes to allowing our team to understand and appreciate his vision and love for our brand – which in turn we now share.

This should be your foundation: you must share the beliefs and the core values of your network to truly grasp how 'your brand' sets you apart. Share in the enthusiasm, and passion for the brand. Love who you work for!

When are we going to learn that prospective clients don’t want to hear the same thing from every property manager or business development manager that walks through their door? Use your brand as your base!
