Real estate agents will now be able to automate genuine content experiences within their email marketing campaigns after the roll-out of a new feature from an email marketing offering.

ActivePipe has revealed RealEstate Content, a feature it says will allow agents to remain top of mind with potential clients and vendors.

“With RealEstate Content, we are changing what it means to be an effective agent,” according to ActivePipe CEO Ash Farrugia.

“ActivePipe users can now take advantage of content marketing without needing expert writing skills, and more importantly, without having to take hours out of their day to write an article.”

Acknowledging that not everyone in an agent’s network is looking to buy or sell their home, the CEO said this feature will enable agents to remain top of mind with targeted tips that position them as a genuine source of valuable information.

“ActivePipe developers are constantly looking for ways to help real estate agents work more efficiently and deliver more value,” he added, with the new feature now live after extensive beta testing.

“We focus on the areas that are causing frustration for agents, many of who were tired of sharing the same, non-applicable content to their entire network.”

According to a statement from ActivePipe, the new product’s proprietary AI system identifies several categories of contacts in an agent’s database: upsizer, downsizer, investor, first home buyer and seller.

The new system allows ActivePipe to curate customer journeys based on those intent categories, which align directly with the articles in RealEstate Content.

The new service launches not long after ActivePipe’s announcement of its acquisition of HomePrezzo and RealContent.
