Victoria’s City of Wyndham has a new real estate entrant courtesy of Eview, with an agent all set to unveil his self-titled agency in the area.
Mahesh Krishna Licensed Estate Agent is the brainchild of Mahesh Krishna, who will service Manor Lakes and the 3024 postcode alongside Eview’s already established agencies of Jazz Real Estate, All West, and Werribee Property Specialists.
Commenting on Mr Krishna’s Eview alignment, group CEO Manos Findikakis said the network is “full of anticipation and excitement for Mahesh, as he unveils his re-invigorated, sharp rebrand, setting his sights on the Manor Lakes property market”.
“We are so fortunate to have found a very capable and driven individual (and agent) such as Mahesh, and believe we are the perfect vehicle to help him achieve his desired successes,” the CEO continued.
Mr Krishna relocated to Melbourne from India in 2002 and has managed to “delicately weave” his established background in information technology with an “undeniable love affair with real estate”, a statement said.
Given the evolving nature of real estate, and the recent reliance on digital communications and transactions, Mr Findikakis said: “We’re excited to think of the possibilities that can evolve from partnering with an agent housing such IT excellence and understanding.”
From Mr Krishna’s perspective, Eview was a sensible choice for his rebrand, saying: “Having eagerly watched their brand explode across Melbourne, and indeed Australia, it was evident the network was strategically adopting a modern and innovative approach, one that sparked my IT fascination.”
He added that “engaging in initial conversations with both Manos and Maria Findikakis highlighted the synergy between us, while really highlighting the behind-the-scenes reinforcement and simultaneous expert knowledge and support”.
According to Mr Findikakis, “Mahesh offers an exuberant level of authenticity and energy and will be a welcomed addition to our entire nationwide team, of course, complementing our culture — an important consideration for the Eview Group”.
