In an attempt to provide more value to its customers, the network has teamed up with Michael Matusik for what has been dubbed “Harcourts MarketWatch”.

Launching in July, the scheme will reportedly be delivered to clients across the country through the network’s offices and agents and will provide customers with market commentary, demographics data, and volume trends.

Harcourts Australia chief executive officer Adrian Knowles explained “helping others achieve success is our purpose at Harcourts”.

A major part of the scheme’s success will be driven by “Michael’s expertise to the team”, which he believes “provides us with an independent, authoritative voice and view when it comes to making sure our clients are set up for that”.

“We also add our collective experience and ‘on the ground’ acumen into the mix, ensuring our clients get the best possible information and advice,” Mr Knowles added.

Harcourts’ MarketWatch insights will also include market analysis and outlooks, locational attributes, and prevailing market conditions.

Mike Green, managing director of Harcourts International, explained the program “is an exciting step for our Harcourts Australian team”.

“Being able to provide real-time, data-driven insights into the market for our clients to make better decisions only elevates our role as a trusted advisor and really does deliver the finest experience,” he added.

It’s a significant boost to the scheme to onboard Mr Matusik, whom Harcourts has lauded as one of the nation’s highly respected real estate operators with three decades of experience providing housing and demographic market reviews, updates, and outlooks.

Mr Matusik celebrated Harcourts as a “knowledge-driven real estate business”.

“Utilising the data we provide while keeping up-to-date with competitive approaches means Harcourts is able to offer valuable services that set them apart from industry counterparts,” he added.

Mr Knowles remarked Michael and the team at Matusik Property Insights will prove invaluable to the initiative.

“Having [them] help us crunch the numbers means that Harcourts is not only putting people first but continues developing and evolving the data-driven side of what we offer,” he stated.

“This is part of the extra mile we go in order to offer the finest experience in real estate,” Mr Knowles concluded.

Recently, the network bolstered their property management team in Queensland, while the Harcourts Foundation also donated significant funds to the Volunteer Marine Rescue Kingborough.
