How does it feel to be recognised as a finalist?
It is truly an honor, a sentiment that resonates deeply within me. The acknowledgment of my efforts in real estate is immensely gratifying, affirming that hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed.
Tell us a bit about your business?
Our journey began as a property management business, and through a strategic progression, evolution, and expansion, we have evolved to offer comprehensive sales services and holiday management solutions. Our commitment to growth and adaptability reflects our dedication to providing unparalleled services in the dynamic real estate landscape.
In your eyes, what does it take to be a good property manager?
A proficiency in active listening, adept problem-solving skills, and meticulous organisation coupled with effective time management are the cornerstones of being an exceptional property manager.
How has property management changed over the years, and how do you stay ahead?
The property management sector has undergone a profound shift, with heightened client expectations necessitating instantaneous responses. Embracing technological advancements, from smart devices, property management software to AI, has been pivotal. Staying attuned to legislative changes through regular conference attendance, subscribing to industry experts, participating in online forums, and leveraging the power of social media are integral to staying ahead.
Throughout your career, what have been your biggest achievements?
Undoubtedly, being named a finalist for the REB Awards over three consecutive years in different categories stands out. The pivotal decision to transition from corporate life to entrepreneurship and founding my own business is another significant milestone. Featured on Channel 9 News Gold Coast a segment about the rental crisis, and most recently being interviewed by ABC News Gold Coast about tenants "Breaking their leases"
What can we expect from you in the year ahead?
Anticipate a trajectory of continual growth and excellence. Each passing year brings loftier goals, evolving visions aligned with current market expectations, and an unwavering commitment to our core values. Expect an increased market presence, active community engagement, and ongoing support for local teams, organisations, and charities as we strive for bigger and better achievements.
