After 35 years of being the owner of one of the highest-profile real estate companies in Perth, David Evans is retiring. David opened the first David Evans Real Estate office in 1984 and before long opened a succession of offices.
With retirement in mind, David has gradually consolidated his prominently located offices in the northern suburbs of Perth over recent times and will close the doors for the final time on 28 February 2018.
David’s continued hard work and dedication has seen the company achieve many accolades including being the first real estate agency in Western Australia to achieve Quality Endorsement to the ISO 9001 Australian Standard.
David estimates the company has been involved in over 25,000 sales — not bad for a young man starting out with his first office in the small regional town of Collie, Western Australia.
David will remain invested in the industry through his partnership in David Evans Rockingham, which was opened in 2009 by David and Kevin Brincat. The office located within Rockingham Shopping Centre has seen exceptional growth and continued success while maintaining accurate, professional and unparalleled service.
David Evans Rockingham, along with its principal Kevin Brincat, will continue to provide a complete range of real estate services, ensuring that David’s legacy in the real estate industry continues.
David’s contribution and service to the industry will be missed greatly and felt across the board, from all of his staff over the many years of service to his thousands of clients and reputable industry associates.
