RT Edgar Stonnington has appointed a new head of property management, bringing more than two decades of experience and a strong track record in real estate leadership.
RT Edgar Stonnington has appointed Michelle Valentic as its new Head of Property Management.
Valentic joins the office with more than 25 years of experience across the real estate industry, having most recently built and managed Advantage Property Consulting, a business providing buyers advocacy and property management services.
RT Edgar Stonnington director Mark Wridgway said Valentic’s appointment would strengthen the team.
“Michelle brings a combination of experience, professionalism, and energy to the team,” Wridgway said.
“Her leadership skills and deep understanding of property management will be invaluable in guiding our department and ensuring our clients continue to receive the highest level of service.”
Valentic said her background as both an investor and a property manager meant she understood the challenges faced by clients.
“I am passionate about helping clients achieve their property goals by providing professional advice and exceptional service,” she said.
“As both an investor and property manager, I understand the challenges and opportunities my clients face and believe in building long-term relationships that deliver lasting value.”
Before joining RT Edgar, Ms Valentic grew Advantage Property Consulting from a boutique buyer advocacy business into a full-service real estate firm. She also brings formal qualifications including a Diploma of Financial Planning, a Diploma of Mortgage Broking, and a Full Real Estate Licence.
