Place Woolloongabba is excited to announce the appointment of three dynamic rising stars – Ben Smith and Savva Koulouris, both accomplished agents, and Aaron Richards, partner and property management team lead – as new partners within the business.
This milestone highlights Place Woolloongabba’s commitment to nurturing young talent and fostering long-term growth through a clear career path and strong leadership.
Principals James Curtain, Denis Najzar and Mitchell Smith have long recognised the exceptional contributions of the trio and are confident that their new roles will help shape the future success of Place Woolloongabba for years to come.
Curtain explained that he, Najzar and Mitchell Smith had seen exceptional dedication from Ben Smith, Koulouris, and Richards since the early days of opening their business.
“It was clear to us that bringing them into the partnership was the right move to secure both their future and the future of the business. This partnership ensures strong succession planning, and we’re excited about the opportunities that lie ahead over the next 10 to 20 years,” Curtain shared.
Najzar emphasised the importance of nurturing young talent.
“We are constantly looking for ways to elevate our business, and we know that with young talents like Ben, Savva, and Aaron, we can take this office to the next level.
“Their dedication and hard work have been invaluable, and offering them this partnership is our way of showing appreciation and confidence in their ability to lead and continue to grow with us,” Najzar said.
Ben Smith, who has been with the business since its inception, sees this opportunity as part of his long-term vision for growth within the company.
“I see a very exciting path ahead, and I’m extremely grateful to James and Denis for backing us and believing in us.”
“We’ve been a part of this journey from the early days, and this partnership marks a new chapter of growth and success,” Ben said.
He shared that what’s great about the structure is that they can focus on doing what they do best – listing and selling properties – while having a strong support network in place.
Koulouris said the opportunity to become a partner represents a significant milestone in his career.
“It’s not just about the position, but about the incredible team we have here at Place Woolloongabba. With the strong group and support system, I’m confident this will take our business to new heights. Being surrounded by people who share the same vision and passion is what makes this journey so rewarding,” he shared.
Richards, now a partner and property management team lead, expressed that leadership has always been a passion of his.
“I’m excited to contribute to Place Woolloongabba’s continued success while also mentoring and inspiring others within the team. This partnership provides an incredible platform for growth, and I’m looking forward to pushing boundaries alongside our exceptional team,” he said.
This announcement highlights Curtain and Najzar’s ongoing commitment to excellence and leadership in the competitive real estate market.
By bringing Ben Smith, Koulouris, and Richards into the partnership, Place Woolloongabba reinforces its dedication to empowering its agents and providing a strong foundation for future growth.
