Within a year of launching, Haiven Property has achieved record sales across 13 Perth suburbs, crediting culture, adaptability and cutting-edge tools for its success in the competitive Western Australian property market.
The record-breaking sales were achieved in Beldon, Quinns Rocks, Currambine, Kallaroo, Falcon, Vasse, Trigg, Marmion, Sorrento, Hillarys, Mullaloo, Maylands and Melville, with Haiven agents capitalising on heightened demand and limited housing supply across Perth.
“One of our key visions for Haiven Property when we launched it a year ago was that we would continue to create a hub where an increasing number of top-performing agents could gather and learn from each other’s success,” said director Sean Hughes.
“Haiven is proudly now home to the top-performing agents across many Perth suburbs, and that’s definitely helped us achieve these outstanding results.”
Perth’s property market has outperformed many other capitals in recent years, driven by affordability, population growth and a chronic undersupply of housing.
Hughes said Haiven’s ability to move quickly in response to market shifts had given it a competitive edge.
“With Haiven, we also set out to build an agency that could stay incredibly nimble, and quickly and successfully respond to changes and opportunities in the market, and we’ve been able to do that in this past 12 months to deliver standout results for sellers,” he said.
“Our agents have seamlessly and skilfully adapted their sales campaigns to adjust to the shorter selling times we’ve been seeing in Perth on the back of lower housing stock and high buyer demand.”
He said the agency had struck a balance between urgency and price optimisation, using technology and proven systems to create competitive tension in its campaigns.
“Critically, they’ve been able to do this while still optimising price and competitive tension using cutting-edge technology, progressive systems, processes and strategies, and leveraging off their strong reputations in the market.”
Since launching, Haiven has grown rapidly, opening Haiven Property South in Applecross and Haiven Property Central in Subiaco. It now claims to count some of Perth’s highest-performing agents among its ranks and shows no signs of slowing.
“This expansion has cemented us as the fastest-growing agency in the country,” Hughes said. “The plan for the next 12 months is to continue flourishing by bringing into the fold more key internal and external leaders across the breadth of our business.”
