VUE Property has announced the grand opening of its new Eastwood office as it seeks to grow its presence in Sydney’s northern suburbs, with agents gathered from a range of networks.

VUE Property’s Eastwood office has officially opened, with a focus on servicing Eastwood, Epping, Marsfield, Ryde and the surrounding suburbs.

The agency will be led by agents Eva Xu and Daniel Lee, backed by a team of professionals, including James Jin, Rex Sam, and Ricky Chan.

The network said that the Eastwood team brings proven track records at agencies including McGrath and Belle Property.

“Their continued presence reflects VUE Property’s dedication to nurturing top-tier talent and delivering outstanding results for their clients,” it said.

“The Eastwood office reflects VUE Property’s growing momentum and commitment to core values that drive the brand: people first, innovation, integrity, excellence, client-centricity, and constant expansion.”

Lee said that the agency hopes to empower individuals to grow with it and deliver exceptional service for clients.

“Our mission is to lead a new era of premium boutique real estate in Sydney’s North – offering a fresh choice built on genuine people, professional excellence, and a reputation for warmth and integrity,” he said.

Xu, meanwhile, touched on the agency’s plans for further expansion and growth.

“We’re excited to take the next step in our journey – launching a dedicated property management division to better serve our clients and community,” she said.

VUE Property said that the new agency aims to set itself apart in the region with its unique service.

“For those seeking a refined and people-first approach to property, VUE Property Estate Agents offers a fresh and confident alternative in Sydney’s thriving northern market,” it concluded.
