A leading Adelaide real estate office has exited its previous network to join Professionals, marking a significant expansion for the national real estate group.

The 17-person office, led by principal Jing Wang that covers residential sales, commercial, and property management, unveiled its new Professionals branding on 1 July. It has become the fifth office to switch to the network in recent months.

Wang, who launched her real estate business in 2015, has built a significant rent roll including some of Adelaide’s largest apartment buildings. She originally came to Australia in 2005, launching a Chinese-language newspaper in Adelaide before beginning her career in real estate in 2009 as a property manager.

She said the decision to join Professionals was driven by the brand’s operating model and support framework.

“I was familiar with the Professionals brand, and the transition was seamless with their support,” Wang said. “I’ve already received more support than ever before, and I know even more is available as needed.

“It’s not as competitive among other Professionals offices; I am enjoying the supportive atmosphere. I am able to make my own decisions, but I can exchange ideas with others in the Professionals group, and that’s something that really appeals to me.”

The move comes as Professionals undertakes a rebrand across its 190 offices in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Papua New Guinea, with every office expected to adopt the new identity by the end of the year.

Professionals CEO Sean Hanneberry welcomed the Adelaide CBD office to the network.

“Jing and her high-achieving team join us at a pivotal moment in our transformation. Her expertise and commitment to excellence bolsters Professionals’ position in the heart of Adelaide.”

The network continues to target growth in South Australia with strong buyer and investor interest in the Adelaide CBD.
