Strong commercial growth in the area has prompted Belle Property to expand their commercial offering on the Sunshine Coast with the opening of a Noosa office.
Belle Property has bolstered their commercial services on the Sunshine Coast with the launch of Belle Property Commercial Noosa.
Significant infrastructure investments and population migration on the Sunshine Coast have seen sustained growth in the commercial market in recent years, which prompted Belle Property to expand their operations in the area.
Belle Property said the new commercial arm will enable the team to offer a complete property solution for the Noosa area, spanning residential and holiday rentals, as well as commercial sales and leasing.
Belle Property Commercial Noosa will be headed by Ben Radcliff, who also serves as the director and principal of Belle Property offices in Noosa, Coolum, and Marcoola.
Radcliff is known for his service across the residential and holiday accommodation markets and brings over 25 years of experience to the Noosa office, where he will be supported by a dedicated team that includes commercial sales agent Elisha Lockyer.
Radcliff said that strong demand across retail, office, and industrial sectors were making the area an attractive destination for local and interstate investors.
“The Sunshine Coast market is evolving rapidly, and the opportunities in Noosa and the surrounding areas have never been stronger,” Radcliff said.
Belle Property Commercial associate director, Benjamin Congiusta, said the group sees Radcliff as a key figure in their Noosa expansion.
