LJ Hooker, Properti.ai partner on marketing overhaul

One of Australia’s largest real estate networks has teamed up with Properti.ai to fast-track bespoke marketing content creation and boost online visibility.

The deal sees the national real estate giant adopt Properti’s Social Hub automation engine and Canva integration, to streamline the production of marketing assets and maintain brand consistency across its network.

According to Properti.ai, the time needed to produce a social media post has dropped from 45 minutes to just three, enabling more than 20,000 brand assets to be generated in six months.

 
 

“We helped LJ Hooker leverage existing integration between Canva and Properti to enable template automation by pushing CRM data across a vast array of property and agent marketing material,” said Properti.ai CEO Craig Deveson.

“Social Hub powered by Properti serves as the critical bridge between Canva’s design capabilities and complex marketing requirements through advanced automation.”

LJ Hooker’s general manager of marketing, Stephan Gervois, said the rollout had transformed the network’s marketing capability.

“Implementing Properti’s marketing and social media has proven to be a masterstroke for LJ Hooker,” he said. “It’s wonderful to see our agents using the vast array of assets, all available with a few clicks, to create immersive, impactful campaigns at a fraction of the cost and time.”

The automation engine allows templates to be converted into dynamic, personalised campaigns distributed across traditional and digital channels.

“Our franchisees can maintain local market relevance and achieve cost-effective additional reach through Social Hub powered by Properti integration,” Gervois added. “The peace of mind from knowing all these campaigns will be brand-compliant is a much-appreciated value add.”

For LJ Hooker’s offices, the financial savings are clear.

“As a result of Canva and Properti, we’ve been able to continue our social media activity and save around $20,000,” said Nick Ploubidis, principal of LJ Hooker Kensington | Unley in South Australia.
