REB is on the lookout for Australia’s top agents who consistently settle deals for its annual REB Dealmakers ranking 2025.
REB’s Dealmakers ranking has returned to highlight this year’s top-performing dealmakers in real estate.
Now in its ninth year, the REB Dealmakers ranking continues to set the benchmark for excellence by recognising standout agents across the country, from younger agents, regional agents, and those working outside of prestige metro suburbs.
The real estate market has faced ongoing disruption this year, with high property prices, ongoing affordability concerns, and mortgage stress affecting the market nationwide.
Despite the Reserve Bank of Australia cutting interest rates three times this year, a recent finding from Roy Morgan has shown that 27.9 per cent of mortgage holders remain “at risk” of “mortgage stress”.
Meanwhile, the federal government’s newly expanded 5 per cent deposit scheme, which came into effect in October, presents both opportunities and risks for first home buyers navigating evolving market conditions.
In this environment, the role of skilled and trusted agents has never been more critical.
REB’s Dealmakers ranking serves as a timely reminder of the value high-performing agents bring by delivering exceptional results in a changing market.
All eligible real estate professionals are urged to submit to the REB Dealmakers 2025 ranking by Friday, 24 October for a chance to be included in the list of leading dealmakers.
The following must be supplied when submitting:

Total value of residential properties settled between July 2024 and June 2025.

Residential sales settled between July 2023 and June 2024.
-
Residential sales settled between July 2024 and June 2025.

Residential sales settled within each monthly period from July 2024 to June 2025.
The agent will also need to supply a CRM verification document clearly outlining the following information:

Total value of settled sales for the 2024–2025 financial year.

Total number of settled sales for the 2023–2024 financial year.
-
Total number of settled sales for the 2024–2025 financial year.

Total number of settled sales for the 2024–2025 financial year, broken down by month.
Any submissions that do not contain this verification document will not be accepted.
Submissions close strictly at 5:30pm AEDT on Friday, 24 October 2025.
