Place’s One Group is excited to announce the opening of a new office in Cannon Hill, under the leadership of its execution team and one of Brisbane’s top performing agents.
Led by Managing Principal, Paul Curtain, with Cannon Hill’s number one agent Meagan Muir, and Co-Principals Sam Kelso and Glenn Bool bringing additional leadership and experience to the new office.
The launch of Place Cannon Hill marks a key milestone in The One Group’s ongoing expansion, a business model designed to empower elite agents to scale their business with the full support of The One Group’s systems, brand and resources.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Place Cannon Hill to the One Group family,” said Mr Curtain.
“This model was created for high-producers like Meagan - agents with proven success, strong community connections, and the drive to lead a business their own way.”
“Place Cannon Hill follows in the footsteps of our Camp Hill office, which launched in April 2023 and has been a shining example of what’s possible when top performers come together under the One Group banner,” Mr Curtain shared.
The One Group is already home to some of Brisbane’s most accomplished agents, harnessing a model that offers shareholder and profit partnerships, which gives agents the opportunity to invest in their future and grow within the One Group business.
Place’s One Group now spans a growing network of high-performing offices across Brisbane, reaching “west to water” from Graceville through to Wynnum Manly.
Meagan Muir ranks in the top 1% of agents nationwide. Her results speak for themselves: she’s a four-time RateMyAgent National Top 100 Agent, an eight time Suburb Winner for Cannon Hill.

The office is located at Shop 6/965 Wynnum Rd, Cannon Hill.
Mr Curtain revealed that the One Group is set to expand again in August this year, with the addition of another new location for the brand.
