The network has announced that it has expanded its footprint in south-east Queensland, having welcomed Rhys Wildermoth and his team.

Wildermoth joins the network having recently been the selling principal at Belle Property Palm Beach, and specialises in selling real estate across Palm Beach and the Southern Gold Coast.

The new property partner brings a team of seven to The Agency.

He explained that the move would support his plans for further expansion in the Queensland market.

“The Agency model allows us to work anywhere in the country, which means that we plan to expand our team quickly and strategically,” he said. “The Agency has experienced huge growth in Queensland in the last two years in particular, and the brand aligns with our own vision for growth.

“Importantly, their structure enables us to focus on servicing our clients while the everyday business of real estate is taken care of centrally by The Agency’s support team.”

It comes just months after The Agency unveiled a raft of high-profile appointments in Western Australia.

Brett Hancock, a seasoned industry leader with more than a decade in high-level roles, joined The Agency as a licensee and compliance manager – sales. Hancock previously held the role of state sales manager and licensee at Arcadia Group and was at the helm of one of Rockingham’s largest offices.

Alayne Meyer-Shaw was named licensee and head of property management – Western Australia. Her division currently manages more than 800 properties and is growing at a rate of over 30 per month, signalling strong momentum in the state’s rental market.

Rounding out the leadership expansion was Jack Wormington, who takes on the role of Western Australia sales and performance manager. With 13 years of experience and two agency foundations to his name, Wormington adds entrepreneurial depth to the leadership team.

The appointments came as The Agency eyes further growth in Western Australia, where it already operates 182 offices – roughly 40 per cent of its national footprint of 464 locations.
