Six months after joining Place, Place North Lakes has unveiled a newly renovated office, marking the next chapter in the business as it continues to expand across one of Southeast Queensland's fastest-growing regions.
Co-owned by Principal Ben Hyrapietian and Place Purpose Group, the business has grown to a team of 18 staff, including five lead agent teams, four additional sales agents and two property managers, with more high-performing agents expected to join in the months ahead.
Mr Hyrapietian said the renovation reflected the confidence the team had in the future of the business.
"It represents where we're heading," he said.
"North Lakes is growing rapidly, and so is the calibre of people who want to build their careers here. We've been fortunate to welcome some outstanding agents over the past six months, and we're only just getting started."
Known for his relationship-driven approach and strong local market knowledge, Mr Hyrapietian said creating the right environment for both clients and staff had been a priority.
"The new office gives us the space to keep growing. We've created a large training room for our team, a dedicated boardroom for clients and a welcoming office in a highly visible location that reflects the professionalism of our business."
Place Purpose Group CEO Robbie Lofaro said the partnership reflected the group's long-term investment strategy.
