Knight Frank has bolstered its NSW office leasing capabilities with two senior appointments as it targets further growth across the Sydney CBD market.
Knight Frank has made two new appointments to its NSW office leasing team, including Ben Turner as partner and Georgia McDonald as associate director.
Both Turner and McDonald will officially start at Knight Frank in early 2027.
According to the network, Turner will bring more than 13 years of experience in office leasing, having joined from JLL, where he was most recently head of office leasing, Sydney CBD.
Knight Frank said Turner was widely recognised for his strong market knowledge and client relationships.
Meanwhile, McDonald will bring more than eight years of experience in the property industry, with more than seven years focused on the Sydney CBD office market.
She will join from Cushman & Wakefield, where she was associate director, office leasing.
Knight Frank partner, head of office leasing NSW, John Brasier, said the appointments were a key step in strengthening the network’s office leasing capabilities across NSW.
He said Turner and McDonald were respected operators with strong market knowledge, client relationships and leasing track records, with their appointments set to enhance services for NSW landlords.
"Ben’s depth of experience across the Sydney CBD market and proven leadership capability will be invaluable as we continue to grow our platform and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients,” he said.
"Georgia has built an excellent reputation in the market through her work across a diverse range of leasing campaigns and her strong understanding of occupier requirements.”
Turner said he was prepared to join Knight Frank’s NSW office leasing team and work towards its growth vision, as the Sydney office market continues to present significant opportunities.
“I’m excited to work closely with our clients to help them navigate those changes and achieve the best possible outcomes,” he said.
McDonald said Knight Frank had built a solid reputation in the market and she looked forward to applying her experience to grow the firm’s leasing business and deliver results.
"The opportunity to work alongside some of the industry’s most experienced leasing professionals is incredibly exciting, and I am eager to contribute to the next phase of growth for the team,” she said.
