Place Redcliffe Peninsula is putting agent brands at the centre of its latest recruitment and marketing campaign, welcoming well-known agents Mark Makin and Don Elsey alongside the launch of its new spring and summer look.

The campaign gives the growing team new photography, profile videos and presentation material, with Director and Lead Agent Jess Culling saying an office’s recruitment promise needs to be matched by practical support.

“Agents want to know what joining your office will actually do for their business,” Jess said.

“The brand matters, but so does the support behind it. We want our people to have the tools to build their own names within Place.”

Mark and Don joined their new colleagues for a dedicated content shoot at a large Noosa hinterland property, with photographers and content creators capturing individual profiles, videos and team imagery.

The material includes agent profile videos, reels, photography for listing proposals and presentations, and a new recruitment video.

Jess said the campaign served two purposes: supporting the existing team and showing prospective recruits what they could expect from the Scarborough-based office.

“If we’re asking good agents to back our business, we need to back theirs,” she said.

“Welcoming Mark and Don is an exciting part of our growth. Just as important is continuing to support the people who are already here.”

Place Redcliffe Peninsula Marketing Director Daniel Lyngcoln said the campaign focused on helping agents earn consideration before they reached the appraisal table.

“A seller can form an opinion about an agent before they’ve ever spoken to them,” Daniel said.

“Your profile, your videos and how you present your work all help someone decide whether to pick up the phone.”

Daniel said the shoot was planned around material agents could use in their day-to-day business, with the new content now being rolled out across the office’s marketing.

“The value is giving agents content they can use when someone is researching them, comparing agents or considering a proposal,” he said.

“It needs to help them start conversations and win business.”
