New digital proposals platform to ‘revolutionise real estate’

CoreLogic has launched a new solution it says will create “a digital representation of the agent” and enhance proposal efficiencies.

RP Proposals is an interactive, digital proposal solution that will allow agents to design and present their services and brand through bespoke and interactive digital proposals and “better inform their prospective clients”.

Created in partnership with web and proptech developer Reapit’s Agentpoint, the platform features a direct integration with RP Data, CoreLogic’s flagship product that already provides market insights and data to many Australian businesses.

This integration allows agents to access market trends, recent sales, comparable properties and suburb statistics to include in their proposals.

“By integrating independent data with the digital proposals platform, real estate agents are better supported at each stage of the property lifestyle,” according to CoreLogic’s head of real estate solutions, Dirk Miller.

“RP Proposals is set to become an essential industry tool and natural progression of our already extensive RP Data product range.”

Designed to “help agents win new business”, the platform will also be capable of reporting on prospects who have viewed proposals as well as open and shared distribution rates for timely and personalised follow-ups.

“We live in the experience economy where all elements are digitised, and RP Proposals is a digital representation of the agent that puts them in the box seat, equipping them with the insights to deeply understand how the vendor is interacting with their brand and proposal,” Mr Miller said.

Reapit’s Agentpoint’s general manager, Ryan O’Grady, believes that the innovative solution for “such a pivotal process in the real estate lifecycle” will ultimately revolutionise the industry.
