Openn Negotiation has added another Australian network to its partnership portfolio.
An announcement posted by Openn Negotiation to the ASX has revealed that Professionals and the proptech platform have executed a partnership agreement.
This will reportedly include a program whereby Professionals “will be incentivised to adopt the Openn process, upload their listings and use the transparent Openn platform”.
The partnership has initially been penned as a one-year agreement, with Openn stating that, at this time, it’s unable to provide an estimate of the value of the incentive to Professionals nor determine an estimate of the revenue generated for the platform through property upload fees.
According to Professionals CEO David Crombie, “the partnership comes after a substantial increase in activity within the property sector and follows a period where the industry has been forced to pivot the way it executes sales, given the restrictions imposed because of the COVID-19 pandemic”.
Weighing in on the news, Openn managing director Peter Gibbons said: “Our partnership with Professionals allows their agents to provide both sellers and buyers with a transparent and unique sales process on a successfully proven platform that delivers results.
“As demand for property continues to rise and buying a home becomes more competitive, it’s more important than ever to offer solutions that the agent, seller and buyer can benefit from.
“The Professionals Group aligns with this philosophy and, as a company, aims to stay ahead of the game and offer the best outcomes for their clients.”
The latest announcement follows on from Openn Negotiation’s unveiling of a partnership agreement with RE/MAX Australia in early August.
Openn Negotiation became an ASX-listed entity back in July.
