A network has simplified its lead generation, lead nurturing and social media marketing into a single platform for members.

Australia- and New Zealand-based network One Agency has debuted One Place, consolidating some of the most important tasks of an agent’s day with a one-stop-shop platform.

According to the brand, the all-in-one hub is set to change the way their members manage their “media, marketing, client relationships, access to support and alliance partners, providing a comprehensive solution for their diverse needs”.

One Agency founder and CEO, Paul Davies, explained that the firm was looking for a way to help agents personalise their approach to outreach, “not [to] only engage more conversations between home owners and our agents but to ensure those leads are nurtured effectively and not just a piece of data that lives in a CRM”.

“Our aim is to provide cutting-edge campaigns that give our members the opportunity to have deeper conversations right from the get-go and build relationships, instead of simply responding with ‘are you thinking of selling,’” Mr Davies added.

He described One Place as “meticulously designed to enhance the overall experience of the One Agency members.

“The platform offers an extensive range of services, catering to social media lead generation, lead nurturing, media and marketing training, and unrivalled content and support,” he said.

Moreover, One Place cuts down on the need to search across various sites for the information to power their engagement, integrating access to all of One Agency’s partners into a single access point.

This platform is a testament to our commitment to innovation and our dedication to empowering our members with the tools they need to succeed in today’s competitive landscape. With One Place, our members can unlock their full potential and most importantly, enhance their services to their customers,” Mr Davies added.
