Parkside Commercial Real Estate - Western Sydney has relocated its office to the Parramatta CBD to support its growing client base and operations.

Parkside Commercial has centralised its sales, leasing and asset management facilities to the new office in the heart of Western Sydney’s industrial market, moving from its previous base in Wetherill Park.

With over 75 per cent of Parkside Commercial’s transactions in the last twelve months conducted for clients outside the Wetherill Park area, co-director Aymen Sobbi said relocating would allow them to serve clients better.

“Our footprint has grown and it’s time to position our HQ so we remain responsive to the needs of current clients and support new clients,” said Sobbi.

“We’re servicing a larger geographic area and basing ourselves within Parramatta better reflects our growth as a full-service Western Sydney agency.”

Parkside Commercial co-director Rino Gazzera said the new office would open up new opportunities for clients of the commercial agency.

“Positioning ourselves in Parramatta makes it easier to engage a wider market of buyers and tenants throughout Western Sydney, enabling our landlords and owner-occupiers to capitalise on more competition for on and off-market opportunities,” Gazzera said.

Despite the relocation, Sobbi said that Parkside would retain its ties to the Wetherill Park community.

“We have many clients throughout Wetherill Park and neighbouring suburbs whose support from the day we opened has been pivotal in our growth.”

“We’re committed to providing these clients with the same high-level service that underpins the Parkside Commercial Western Sydney offering,” Sobbi concluded.
