A new lifestyle office on Sydney’s northern beaches is set to capitalise on the migration of buyers from Sydney’s eastern suburbs to the north.

According to the network, 32 per cent of Palm Beach’s buyer demand at the moment is coming from the eastern suburbs of Sydney.

Partner Michael King will be spearheading the new agency, which aims to “cement the unparalleled service offering of Di Jones in the heart of Palm Beach”.

“We truly reimagine the real estate experience with a modern approach that is desired by my local and international clients,” he expressed.

According to Mr King, Di Jones’ centralised database allows him “to target qualified buyers across our offices seamlessly, which is so important for Palm Beach where we know only 10 per cent of buyer demand is local”.

Using data, he added that the brand has “unsurpassed insights into clients’ property journey and where they are looking to move”.

Beyond the data-driven strategy, Mr King flagged the marketing and communication approach as the perfect fit for the area: “Our marketing is appealing to the northern beaches market starting with the coastal tones and simplicity.”

He considered that the premium look and bespoke options bring “an innovative approach tailored to every campaign, which is ideal for prestigious properties in this area”.

Weighing in, Di Jones head of growth and strategy Dean Mackie said the Di Jones brand has a heritage in the Palm Beach marketplace stemming from the influence of their eastern suburbs clients.

“I am thrilled Michael King is championing this in the Palm Beach region directly and strategically,” he stated.

“Our unique collaborative synergy across our independent network will elevate the property journey for both buyers and sellers in this region.”

The “strategic move” is core to Di Jones’ method of growth, which sees them opening offices in the regions clients are moving to and from.

It’s the second office Di Jones has opened in the northern beaches region in as many months.

“Alongside partners Iolanda Trovatello, Simon Rawson, Gordon Archibald and a formidable team of investment managers based at Di Jones Pittwater, our service offering on the northern beaches is world class,” Mr Mackie concluded.
