One of Australia’s longest-running real estate businesses has unveiled a new brand of company-owned offices.

The LJ Hooker Group has moved into a new era of real estate, launching “Atlas by LJ Hooker”.

According to a statement from the company, Atlas is “a brand name and visual identity developed to reflect better the global thinking and insights that underpin the company’s overarching focus”.

“When the world paused last year, the leadership team took the opportunity to reimagine how a real estate agency could best serve its agents and clients for the post-COVID world and beyond,” said LJ Hooker Group’s chief performance officer, Christine Mikhael.

She explained that after a lot of research and market testing, the company “decided to take this strategic step and develop Atlas”.

Atlas offices are being strategically positioned in prestige markets like the Lower North Shore and the Upper North Shore in Sydney and in Brisbane, with the company having attracted some of the country’s top-performing agents and industry leaders for the new offering.

“We’ve attracted the industry’s best because of the calibre of our coaching, platforms, offering, support teams and our commitment to our clients,” Ms Mikhael stated, highlighting that LJ Hooker Group will continue to name a number of top agents in new markets.

“Our high-performing agents are the best in the game with world-class industry experience and stellar reputations.

“As a company, Atlas puts everything behind its clients to ensure they come out in front, using local knowledge and global insights to eliminate guesswork when it comes to selling, buying or leasing real estate.”

According to Atlas’ founding partner, Michael Coombs, the new brand is aligned with where both LJ Hooker and the Australian real estate industry are headed.

He conceded: “Were not just local agents anymore; were dealing with clients every day nationally and internationally.

“This is an exciting way forward for our clients and us.”
