The network’s fledgling Tasmania outposts have been boosted by additions to its residential sales team.

Wayne Riethoff and Bec Gardner join the network’s Bushy outpost, acquired last July, as property partners. The pair will focus their energy on northern Tasmania, a region where they boast over 25 years of combined experience in the industry.

Sally O’Connell, recently appointed The Agency’s general manager of sales for Tasmania, is delighted by the pair’s arrival. She shared her belief that “these two leading professionals will deliver outstanding results for their clients as part of our expanding team.”

“It’s an exciting time for Launceston as more top-performing real estate professionals from the local area join our national network, providing more value and a higher standard of service that wasn’t previously available under one, single brand,” she said.

Off the back of the business’s strong entrance into the state, Ms O’Connell revealed The Agency possesses even more ambition to grow its presence in Australia’s southernmost state.

We have further expansion plans for the state, where we will look to establish a presence in key markets such as Hobart and Devonport, as well as other strategic locations throughout Tasmania,” she concluded.

In addition to Mr Riethoff and Mr Gardner’s appointments, The Agency has begun the new year bolstering its Sydney north shore presence with the arrival of a former McGrath man into the outpost as well as welcoming a Balmain local to its ranks.
