A former McGrath man joins the network in a move that bolsters its expansion plans.

Glenn Curran joins The Agency as a property partner to assist the company’s growth within the prestigious Sydney north shore market.

He’s been heralded by The Agency chief executive officer of real estate Matt Lahood as a “structured and organised real estate professional” and is set to drive growth for the brand in his traditional domain of Lindfield, Killara, and Gordon.

“His proven track record with home sales between $6 million and $15 million will also see Glenn help the brand expand further into the upper north shore through both organic growth and potential acquisitions,” Mr Lahood continued.

After more than five years with McGrath, Mr Curran confessed he was attracted by The Agency’s ambition, adding his belief that the brand’s network “will further assist [his] clients in their relocation from the north shore to other premium markets in and around Sydney”.

Mr Lahood noted the appointment wouldn’t just benefit the prestige market he will be based in but also “acts to support our agents in other prestige markets like the lower north shore and eastern suburbs as well as the Southern Highlands, which enjoy strong links between buyers and sellers”.

Expanding into the north shore market builds on the momentum The Agency generated throughout 2022, a year which saw them twice venture into Tasmania — first in July, then December, a move that allowed the network to add “an important piece in the property journey” to its arsenal.

Moreover, the brand grew into the popular Queensland tourist destination, the Gold Coast, as well as central Queensland’s Rockhampton.
