One company aims to level the playing field by helping agencies order and produce their marketing material through a single portal.

Francois Greeff, marketing manager for Realhub, said the company has been helping agencies produce signboards and brochures for a couple of years, but relaunched in January as a marketing material service provider and has since had 2,000 properties come through.

“Realhub is an online platform that allows real estate agents and agencies to order all of their marketing material, such as brochures and signboards, while accessing multiple providers using one platform,” he told RPM.

“We have in-house web developers and we have a bunch of different people like photographers, floor planners, signboard guys and brochure guys on the system that real estate agents can access.”

The services are free to access, since Realhub charges the providers on a per-job basis, according to Mr Greeff.

“Smaller companies that can’t afford to have web development or build a platform, they can plug into our platform and even the playing field with some of the bigger companies because they can access all these tools that are quite expensive traditionally,” he said.

“We’ve really redesigned and reimagined the way the artwork building process happens, to make it really nice and easy for the real estate agencies to build it, especially since rental departments are mostly very time-poor.”

Mr Greeff said providing the platform and templates for agencies to build their own marketing material eliminates the needs for back-and-forth proofing, while providing consistency across an agency’s marketing.
