In the wake of its 21st birthday last year, one of Australia’s big three network brands has added a celebratory string to its bow, being named no less than 18 times as a finalist in the upcoming REB Awards 2018.

Harcourts Group Australia has been shortlisted in 18 categories, notably including the sought-after Major Network of the Year category, as well as Digital Presence of the Year, New Office of the Year, Property Management Business of the Year and Sales Office of the Year – Regional.

CEO of Harcourts Group Australia Marcus Williams said that it is a remarkable shot in the arm for the group’s growth ambitions.

“In a challenging market, we are absolutely thrilled to see that we are continuing to take market share in all states and our ambition to become the leading real estate group in Australia is on track.

“Over the past year, Harcourts has seen tremendous strengthening of our market position, continuing to close the gap from our current position of number three with number two, all heading toward our goal of being number one across Australia.”

Mr Williams said that the extent of the shortlistings is strategically important to the group.

“We want the Harcourts vision experience to be recognised as the finest for our teams, our business partners and our clients.

“We strongly believe our obsession with service is the reason we are becoming a client’s choice when listing, selling or leasing a property.”

He paid tribute to the group’s staff and members.

“Businesses don’t succeed. It’s the people within them that do. We are blessed with the talent that we have within the Harcourts Group and we’re very proud of them all.

“We are immensely proud of a group to have launched our client experience program in an industry that is not necessarily renowned [for] providing an outstanding experience.

“We have decided as a group to show courage and to take leadership in this area with the launch of our very own client experience program, where we will measure the client experience and enable us to ensure we are providing the right tools, the right service, the right training and relevant information to our clients.”
