LJ Hooker Avnu had a strong run following the federal election earlier this year, and is now geared for growth in Sydney’s north-west with the appointment of two specialists to meet local demand.

The agency has confirmed Nicole Zeng and Lisa Han have joined its team in Chatswood, bringing with them vast experience operating in the Chatswood area. The appointments take the Avnu agent team to 19.

Casey Mikhael, sales manager of LJ Hooker Avnu, said the appointments of Ms Zeng and Ms Han have been driven as a means to meet significant demand coming from the “tech-savvy” North Shore market.

“Word-of-mouth marketing based on the experience our tech-focused platform provides our clients has meant we’ve been fielding enquiry from those looking to sell in Chatswood for the past few months,” Mr Mikhael said.

“We’ve been particularly busy in the area. The sheer level of enquiry we’ve received gave us the confidence to invite Nicole and Lisa to the team to focus on Chatswood, which is like a mini-metropolis.”

Commenting on her new role, Ms Zeng said: “Having insights into their campaign in real time through the Avnu app, rather than receiving vendor reports that are traditionally distributed via email, is just one of the many draw cards for this clientele.

“As agents, Avnu importantly also arms us with the tools to reduce the time we spend on admin and data so we can focus on what we do best: developing and implementing sales strategies to help our clients realise their real estate dreams.”
